Where are BeautyZana's products stocked?

We would like to reassure you that all our products are in stock in our fulfillment center located in Traverse City, Michigan USA. 

How safe are products ordered from BeautyZana?

Our fulfillment team is taking every precaution with regards to additional measures of sanitizing both the warehouses and offices, as well as providing proper training for their employees about the virus and the best methods of prevention. In addition, our fulfillment company has been defined as a 'essential service' and will be open and operating with a full staff. 

Have shipping times been effected because of COVID-19?

Due to high order volumes and with the additional sanitation and handling measures our fulfillment team takes to protect their staff and our customers, we are experiencing delays of up to 3 days. Please keep this in mind when you place your order and contact us immediately if you experience any longer delays.

Returns & Exchanges:

What’s your return policy? 

At BeautyZana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your BeautyZana products for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and you will be refunded for the cost of your purchase less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees.

How do I place a return?

Please email us at contact@beautyzana.com within 30 days of receiving your order to place a return. Have your order number ready and we will gladly help you to place the return.  

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?

If you receive the wrong product or a defective product we will replace the product or refund your payment in full. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@beautyzana.com so that we can resolve this issue immediately.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. A refund will be issued to the original card or payment method used.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer the following shipping methods:

Domestic US

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days *
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

*Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take a few extra days.


  • Standard International Shipping: Up to 21 business days
  • USPS First Class Package International: 7-21 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, we offer Standard Free Shipping in the US on orders over $30. 

For international shipments, we offer Standard Free Shipping on orders over $75.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipments will be shipped same day if in by 1:00 pm EST. Once you place an order an order confirmation email will be sent out. After your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

What should I do if I have problems tracking the shipment?

Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to register your shipment status. If your tracking number is still not working after that please contact us at contact@beautyzana.com.

How do I change my address?

If for some reason, you have entered an incorrect address please email us immediately at contact@beautyzana.com so that we can try to resolve it.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club credit and debit cards. You also have the option to use PayPal or Amazon Pay.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Are online transactions secure?

Our website uses SSL certification and BeautyZana assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure.

How can I change the currency I’m shopping in?

To the right of the Shopping Cart Icon in the Menu Bar you will find the Currency Converter. The store currency is set in USD (US Dollars). Click on the arrow beside the USD symbol to get the Dropdown list of world currencies and then simply click on the currency you would like to shop in.  Prices will now be reflected in your chosen currency. Please note, however, that on the checkout page it will revert to the default currency, which is US Dollars. 


How can I cancel or change an order?

Please email us immediately at contact@beautyzana.com if you need to cancel or change an order. If your order hasn’t been fulfilled we should be able to process your request.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order on the My Account page. It will be updated once your order has been processed and then again once it has been shipped.

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

Sorry, but you can only use one promo code per order.

Can I use a promo code with free shipping?

Yes, of course, because standard free shipping is offered for all US orders if you spend $30 and for international orders if you spend $75.

Yes, all our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

No, our products do not contain preservatives, additives, mineral oils, parabens & sulfates.

What skin types are BeautyZana’s products suitable for?

Our products are good for all skin types. However, if you have very sensitive skin you should test a small area first.

Are BeautyZana’s products edible?

No, our products are not edible. They are for cosmetic purposes only.

To ensure quality and authenticity all our products are Made in Morocco.
