What’s your return policy? 

At BeautyZana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your BeautyZana products for any reason, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and you will be fully refunded.

How do I place a return?

Please email us at contact@beautyzana.com within 30 days of receiving your order to place a return. Have your order number ready and we will gladly help you to place the return.  

What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?

If you receive the wrong product or a defective product we will replace the product or refund your payment in full. Please email us as soon as possible at contact@beautyzana.com so that we can resolve this issue immediately.

How long does it take to process a return? 

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. A refund will be issued to the original card or payment method used.
